Cars in the screenshots are not included — they are from the Low Poly City Traffic Pack, which uses the same scale and style.

• 7 road tiles (12×12 m): straight, crosswalk, crossroads, T-junction, corner, plaza and grass lots — they snap on a 12 m grid
• 7 buildings: two-storey house, shop, cafe, apartment block, office, office tower, gas station

Step inside

• Hollow walls with real window and door openings and transparent glass
• Furnished interiors: cafe with counter and tables, grocery shop with shelves and checkout, gas station shop, a house with living room, kitchen, bedroom and study, office and apartment lobbies
• Removable roofs: every building is split into Shell, Glass, Roof and Interior. The house also splits by floor — hide the roof and the upper floor for a top-down view

Built for games

• Real-world scale, 1 unit = 1 metre, lanes sized for standard cars
• No textures: flat colour materials, no UV unwrapping needed
• Road markings, crosswalks, signs and shop lettering are real geometry — sharp at any distance
• 2,700–6,200 triangles per building, 44–524 per prop, about 30,000 for the whole kit

Works in Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot 4 and Blender.
